CUSTOM ORDERS

BlueFox Creations offers custom design handcrafted beaded jewelry. If you would like handmade beaded jewelry created just for you please contact us and we will work with you to create jewelry that you love. Whether you would like a one-of-a-kind custom jewelry piece, a custom jewelry set, or you would like to modify an existing design please email us and tell us about it. We would love to create something especially for you. Please be very specific with your design request by providing us with a detailed description including size, color, style, kind of beads you would like used, etc. Let us know if you have a deadline, a certain budget, or any other details that may be helpful to us. Also, in the email to us, please include in your first and last name, your phone number, best time to call, what time zone, state, country you are located in and we will contact you to work out the details.

Custom orders will require a 50% nonrefundable deposit.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from BlueFox Creations. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unworn item in its original packaging for a full refund. If, when you receive your order, it is not 100% free from flaws you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt if there are damaged items.

Customized items are not returnable unless damaged in shipping. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 21 days of receipt. Please e-mail us first to let us know its coming.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be issued via Paypal, money order, or check - whichever of these processes you used to make your purchase. Cash will not be issued. Your refund does not include shipping charges.

REPAIRS

If an item breaks, then please collect all the available parts and send them to us. If a break occurs because the jewelry catches on something, then there will be a mininmal fee to fix the item. If there are missing pieces, there will be a minimal charge for replacement. If a break occurs because of faulty parts, then we will fix it for free including return shipping. Please e-mail us first before shipping to us so we know it is on the way. We can provide you with an estimate when you first contact us and then will let you know the actual cost via email after we receive it and are able to inspect it.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Cards:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, eCheck and PayPal balance payments. We go through Paypal for all transactions for your safety and security, however you do not have to have a paypal account to use your credit cards. Paypal is 100% secure; for more information, please visit their security page. ** Your credit card bill will be from “BlueFox Creations”, and it will automatically determine shipping and sales tax (6.5% in the state of Minnesota only.)

OTHER METHODS OF PAYMENT

If you’d rather pay with a money order or cashier’s check, please contact us and tell us which items you would like along with your name, address and telephone number where I can reach you in case of any questions. We will put your items on hold for you and email you an invoice with a total of the purchase and shipping. Items will be shipped after the check clears or payment is received. Payment must be received within 10 days or the order will be cancelled.

TAXES

MN Residents:
Residents of the state of Minnesota will be charged 6.5% tax on all purchases.

We value you as our customer and would like to think of you as a friend. As a customer and a friend we know your privacy is important and want you to know that your information will not be shared with anyone, sold to anyone or abused by us.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

All shipping rates are automatically calculated by our shopping cart system. After adding your items to the shopping cart, click the "go to payments" button, then fill out both your billing and shipping addresses. Your order total and shipping rate will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.

US Shipping:
All U.S. packages are shipped USPS First Class. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipping on our end, we will notify you. Please be sure you have provided us with your correct shipping address and telephone number where we can reach you.

Standard Delivery Shipping and Handling Rates for United States

(Orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items only).

You will be charged a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $4.95 on orders between $0.01 - $199.99. FREE shipping and handling will apply to orders of $200.00 or more

Free Delivery applies to shipping and handling expenses on purchases of $200 or more of items shipped within the U.S. The $200 minimum purchase is calculated after any discounts are applied. The Free Delivery offer will not apply to any order where cancellations or returns reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $200; BlueFox Creations reserves the right to charge applicable shipping and handling costs to any such orders. BlueFox Creations may change or discontinue this Free Delivery promotion at any time.
